We at Generation Dental Group take the health and welfare of our patients, our staff and our families extremely seriously. To that end, we are strictly adhering to the current American Dental Association (ADA) and Center for Disease Control (CDC) recommendation for dentists to keep their offices closed to all but emergency care expires on April 30. Since mid-March, Dr. Ring has been answering the phones, sending out statements, scheduling and rescheduling appointments, answering billing questions, seeing emergency patients and trying to keep the business afloat in these stressful times. We intend to reopen our office on May 1st (coincidentally Dr. Ring’s 50th birthday). We look forward to reuniting our staff and seeing our patients again. We will continue to practice state-of-the-art infection control, including wearing masks, safety glasses, gloves, while continuously disinfecting the rooms and public spaces. Since mid-March, we have screened all patients entering the building for COVID-19 symptoms and exposure. We will continue this practice out of an abundance of caution. During these unprecedented times, we can’t be too safe with the lives of our patients, our team, and their families.
